As per the directive given by the Goa Government's Department of Tourism, all guests (including kids) are required to provide proper photographic and residential proof identification upon check-in. Valid identification documents include passport (overseas guest), current driver's license or Aadhar card.

The guest can cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price if they cancel in the 7 days before arrival. If the guest doesn’t show up they will be charged the total price.
